Attendee and Badge Information

Please complete your name, affiliation and pronouns as you prefer it to be displayed on your provided conference badge.

SPSSI is trying to examine the diversity and inclusion of those who participate in our conference, and for that purpose it's very helpful to have complete information from everyone in response to these questions. The resulting data will only be used in an aggregate datafile (with no identification of individuals) that allows us to describe conference attendees and examine how they compare with the membership as a whole, in an effort to assess how well we are doing in achieving our goals of diversity and inclusion.

SPSSI is committed to creating a safe space for in-person events with SPSSI's top priority being the safety and well-being of attendees, speakers, and staff. Therefore, SPSSI will implement COVID-19 health and safety practices as issued by local and state authorities, including the event venue, and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). By registering for the event, attendees agree not to hold SPSSI responsible if they contract COVID-19. At this time, masking at the summer event will be optional. We ask that you respect the choice(s) of your fellow attendees when it comes to their own safety considerations.
